The near-net advantage, applied to your tooling.

Cutting a large tool from billet means paying for the material you throw away and the hours to remove it. Printing the tool near-net, then machining only the surfaces that need tolerance, cuts both. The same print-then-machine flow behind our composite molds shortens production tooling, fixtures, and large one-off parts, so the shop floor gets the tool it needs sooner and at lower material cost.

What kinds of tooling do you make?
Fixtures, jigs, trim and drill guides, layup and forming tools, and work-holding for the machines you already run. If it is large and needs a machined surface, it fits the cell.
Is printed tooling durable enough for production?
Filled polymers like ABS-CF and PETG-CF give real stiffness and wear resistance, and machining the working surfaces means they locate accurately. The right grade for your duty cycle is confirmed on quote.
What tolerance can you hold?
Tooling is printed near-net, then CNC machined on the surfaces that carry tolerance, so datums and mating faces are true machined surfaces. The specific tolerance is confirmed on quote per part.
Why print tooling instead of machining it from billet?
Near-net printing means you are not paying to cut away and scrap most of a solid block. You get a durable tool sooner, with less wasted material, and machined accuracy where it matters.
