These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ammo.orb.aero(the “Site”), operated by ORB Aerospace, Inc. (“ORB Aerospace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). AMMO is the advanced manufacturing center at ORB Aerospace. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about and request our manufacturing services. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting false or spam inquiries, or using it to violate any law.

Quotes and orders

Information on the Site, including any capabilities, materials, lead times, or pricing indications, is for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. A quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and is not a contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Any resulting purchase order or supply of goods and services is governed by ORB Aerospace’s Purchase Order Terms & Conditions and any signed agreement between us, which control over these Terms with respect to a given order.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, renderings, photography, and code, are owned by ORB Aerospace, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The AMMO and ORB Aerospace names and marks may not be used without our permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from its content without our prior written consent.

Your submissions

When you send us part files, drawings, specifications, or other materials through the Site or in connection with a quote, you represent that you have the right to share them. You retain ownership of your materials. We use them only to evaluate and respond to your request; our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORB Aerospace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ORB Aerospace harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply to them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute relating to the Site is the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
